End of Period - End of Month

When creditors processing for the month has been completed, the Creditors End of Month (EOM) rollover can be performed.

When you process a Creditors EOM rollover, Micronet:

ages creditor invoices by one period (month) - all creditor invoices move to the next ageing period in the Creditor Inquiry, Creditor Summary and Creditor Aged Trial Balance Reports

moves creditor payments for the month into history
moves the default Creditors GL period forward one month.

General EOM procedures are outlined in the next section, "Creditors End of Month Procedures". The EOM procedures for your company may differ from those described in the next section. When your system is first installed, your Micronet Certified Installer should sit down with you and create a customised EOM checklist for you to work with through during your first few EOM rollovers.
